We want to use this forum to share the kinds of things we are thinking about on a regular basis with significantly less formality (and signifcantly more two-way discussion) than a typical website or white paper allows. Together, we can explore ideas, ask and answer questions, and comment on industry-related current events. With this blog, we can broaden the scope of inquiry beyond the often narrow areas of interest addressed in white papers and case studies, and do everything from contemplate the future of our industry and others, to elucidating some technical detail of RFID you may have been curious about.
The purpose of this blog isn’t to make sales pitches and talk about our product in every post, but we do have products we are very proud of, and many of the topics we touch on will be relevant to our products. If a product is central to a topic we are discussing, we will mention it, but we’re committed to keeping this blog about content, communication, and ideas–not product marketing–and we’ll rely on our audience to keep us in check if we’re not on course to meeting our objectives with the blog.
Check back on a regular basis, as we hope to post at least a couple times a month, and feel free to ask questions and suggest topics in item-level RFID systems, tracking, and inventory management that you are curious to know more about.
Thanks for joining SML, and we look forward to hearing from you in the future!
